These were great pancakes. They are easy to warm up in the morning. I didn’t follow the recipe (how it is pictured) since I made them healthier. I used gluten-free mix and added walnuts. As a bonus I used flax meal in the mix so I had to add a bit more water to it.
The link doesn’t have the the recipe so just follow a pancake mix recipe and then follow the baking instructions shown in the picture.
