I really love ice cream. It is one of my down falls on any diet. It is just so good and so many different places that have great flavors. Since I started having issues with diary in my diet I wanted something other than soy or coconut ice cream as an option. I found this- ice cream made from bananas.
I made it for myself and my mother (who is so picky when it comes to ice cream) and we loved it.
I made it as the recipe states but added 3 tsp of cocoa and not 2 tsp. It made it a bit more like a bitter chocolate flavor, so if you are wanting more of a sweet flavor use less cocoa.
