Smoothies are great for just about everyone. If you’re in a hurry they are great and if you’re looking for a healthy choice they are great too. I love that there are endless combinations for smoothies. Another thing that is great is that you can add healthy less tasteful items in and make them taste great.
One of my newest favorite thing to add in my morning smoothie are chia seed. They have great healthy benefits for you (look them up). Since I have a six month old it can be hard to prepare more complex smoothies so I cheat. I use naked juice green machine as my base. This is great because it is all natural and has many things in it that would take me longer to prepare.
