I was in a running mood this morning and had to try this.
Just a heads up I am more of a distance runner than a speed runner. With that said this killed me and at the end had to run at a decline to have some help.
Remember to always keep your form in check. If you are losing it cut it short because an injury isn’t worth it. If you just started running or really have no idea about form I recommend Chi Running! This book/DVD has saved my knees, back and ankles.

Well not much to say other than this is a great workout. Loved that the jumping jacks were spread out in this workout to keep that heart rate up. You will feel the burn after this one, and hope that you do this in a nice A/C room.

I was looking at my wedding ring in the car and couldn’t stand the nasty cloud look of the diamonds.
I looked up on Pinterest some cleaners to see what they had. There were several tips and I just mixed a few I liked.
I used a cup of hot water in the microwave for 2 minutes.
1 tbsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of dish soap
Mix and add your rings. When you mix the baking soda and salt it fizzes so don’t be alarmed by it.
After I let it sit for about 2 minutes I had a toothbrush and some baking soda on a plate to scrub the ring. I dipped the toothbrush in the mix I made then in the baking soda and then scrubbed my ring.
They come out clean. The cracks still could use some deep cleaning, but for a quick job I will do this more often.

I saw this on Pinterest and had to make it for the Fourth of July.
The recipe isn’t detailed so I winged some things and just did what I wanted.
Some of the recipe says to put the cream and Nutella on each piece and place in the pan. I just put them in the pan and smeared it on top of them. I also used double stuff Oreos and add Carmel on top right before the mini marshmallows.

So I wanted to get into the habit of going to the gym at my pre-baby time, 3:30AM, so I saw this and thought perfect.
I have tried going before but went a few times then things got crazy with baby teething so I had to workout durning his naps. I love my AM workouts and missed them so much.
I think that when you have visual reminders you are more likely to follow thru with what you have planned. You have to go thru the process of putting them up as well as taking them down when you have completed your day!
