Crunchy chips!!! Kale chips

I love the crunch and salty tastes of chips, but don’t like all the carbs and added junk.

So I found kale chips they are amazing.

Preheat oven to 275 – cut up kale into bite size pieces – place them on a baking sheet – drizzle olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt (not too much olive oil a little goes a long way and remember kosher salt is stronger than table salt) – place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes each side – watch for browning and if you notice it take it out ASAP – let cool – place a paper towel on a plate and put the chips on it (this helps drain any extra olive oil) – once you think they are done draining place into an air tight container not a bag because you are more likely to crumble them if in a bag
